Sales:
- Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, trippings, events).
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and open houses.
- Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and guide them through the sales process.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions.
- Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for project listings.
- Create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Produce content such as property highlights, reels, vlogs, blog posts, and promotional videos.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
