Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design is preferred.
- Proven experience in furniture or retail sales, for at least 2 years
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Skills :
- Excellent communication skills, both via written and verbal - Ability to explain product features / situations to the customer, actively listen to their needs, and build rapport through verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Knowledge of furniture products, trends, styles, materials, and features is a plus.
- Competency in sales techniques, customer service, follow-ups, problem solving, negotiations and closing deals.
- Proper record keeping for current and future reference
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling payments
- Familiarity with Inventory Management or has excellent Inventory planning skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Location of Deployment: Bacolor, Pampanga
Salary may vary on the experience and proficiency
