The Sales Marketing Specialist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into enrolled students, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the culinary school. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for achieving goals. The Specialist will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Officer and other team members to implement sales strategies, execute marketing initiatives, and build relationships with prospective students.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential students through various channels (e.g., online inquiries, phone calls, email, events).
- Conduct outreach to prospective students, providing information about our programs and addressing their questions.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to enrollment.
- Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, and enrollment numbers.
Student Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct interviews or consultations with prospective students to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
Marketing Support & Execution:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including online advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Participate in promotional events, career fairs, and other outreach activities to generate leads and promote the school.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and content (e.g., brochures, website content, social media posts).
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback to the Sales & Marketing Officer.
Reporting & Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress towards individual targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Officer on sales performance and lead generation efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of 1 success in sales, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of the culinary industry is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Has the ability to travel
