Job Description
The Sales Officer is accountable and responsible for the achievement of all sales performance and objectives of his/her, trading Area, Products, Services, and New Markets specifically in the aspect of income, share of wallet, and Market Penetration. He / She is also responsible in cementing relationships with Key Officers and Staff of their assigned market/segment.
- College graduate, preferably business course
- At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing,
- Exposure to loans and collection is an advantage
- Excellent marketing and interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in the local dialect
- Willing to travel extensively and highly familiar with the area of operations
