Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations Analysts are responsible for the operational support of IQVIA Account Managers & Principals to ensure successful Lead to Order opportunity management throughout the sales cadence process.

Essential Functions

• Timely and accurate management of Salesforce opportunities (BNF, Credit Memo, Updating of Stages and Forecast Category, Adding/Updating of Products and Revenue Allocation, etc.)

• Assisting in the templates for Statements of Work and initial CLM submissions

• Lead to Order Management of PSA (Pricing Assistants for Resource Hours and Budgets, Creating Projects and assigning PIC & PM)

• Coordinate securing of pricing support and audit required documentation

• Attend pipeline calls/ team meetings with internal clients as requested and perform Salesforce and PSA updates post-call

• Support in strategic planning of business pipeline with Account Managers/PICs

• Cross- team collaboration (Contracting, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of opportunities

• Maintain the team’s repository making sure information is up to date

• Ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Participate in ongoing trainings as directed by management team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-3 years of experience in sales support and customer service
• Strong written and verbal proficiency in English language
• Finance/Sales Operations/Customer Relationship Management background is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system knowledge beneficial
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to drive for results
• Strong service-oriented, collaborative mindset
• Beginner to Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Team player with ability to accept coaching opportunities positively
• Flexibility and willingness to join a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
