The Operations Manager is responsible and accountable in managing the overall sales force productivity and effectiveness of a certain principal or group of principals assigned by SYL Hermanos Management and ensuring the achievement of sales and performance objectives set both by the distributor and the principal/s. The Operations Manager is responsible and accountable of ensuring strict compliance to the Business Processes set by the SYL Hermanos management and the principal as well as to the company’s established policies and procedures stated in the Employee Code of Discipline.
