The Sales Personnel play a crucial role in promoting and selling the company's products or services to customers. This position involves engaging with potential buyers, understanding their needs, demonstrating product features, negotiating sales terms, achievement of sales target, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Engagement and Sales:
o Promote and sell company products or services to prospective and existing customers.
o Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
o To book, to collect, and to remit collection from the sales.
· Sales Strategy Implementation:
o Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects.
o Follow up on sales inquiries and leads generated through marketing efforts.
· Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
o Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
o Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Sales Reporting and Administration:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
o Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
o Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve sales goals.
· Product and Market Knowledge:
o Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
o Continuously learn about the features and benefits of company products or services.
o Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
· Team Collaboration and Support:
o Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to achieve sales objectives.
o Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
