Welons Prefab is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling prefabricated products, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell prefabricated products to new and existing clients
- Conduct product presentations and prepare accurate quotations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering solutions
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to ensure smooth client transactions
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (prefab or construction industry is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willing to travel as required
