Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm QLD, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time
Holiday to follow: QLD, AU Holidays

About the Company
Our client is a growing horse racing tips business based in Queensland, providing expert insights and strategies to help customers make informed betting decisions. They pride themselves on offering accurate tips, exceptional client service, and a premium customer experience.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, promoting the company’s services, and confidently securing customer payment details over the phone. Please note that while you will collect payment information, the payment process itself will be handled directly by the company director.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company’s horse racing tips services.
· Build rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and explaining the benefits of the service.
· Confidently secure customer payment details over the phone (all processing handled by the director).
· Respond to inbound enquiries from leads and provide accurate information about products and pricing.
· Follow up with warm leads and maintain regular communication to close sales.
· Maintain accurate client records and updates in the CRM system.
· Work closely with the director and internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
· Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
· Provide feedback from customers to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
Key Requirements
· Proven experience in a sales or telesales role, preferably within subscriptions, betting, or membership-based services.
· Confident and persuasive communicator with excellent phone manners.
· Strong English proficiency with little to no accent for seamless client interaction.
· Ability to build trust and relationships quickly with potential customers.
· Comfortable discussing payment details professionally and securely.
· Experience using CRM systems to track leads and update client information.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Desirable Skills
· Knowledge of the horse racing or betting industry is a plus but not mandatory.
· Prior experience handling subscription-based sales is an advantage.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
