Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales, especially in insurance, is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell insurance products (life, health, property, etc.).
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing tailored solutions.
- Process applications and maintain accurate records.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while staying updated on industry trends.
