Job Title: Sales Supervisor Company: SUI Marketing Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, guiding the team to meet targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor the daily sales operations of the team. Set sales goals and ensure targets are consistently achieved. Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve performance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and submit to management. Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies and promotions. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required). At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices. Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
