Job Description:
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
YourMembership PH Cebu office in general. Payments Department area in particular.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters merchant account applications within the Co-Pilot system with correct documents provided by the payment’s sales team.
- Responds to customer issues in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
- Identifies customer needs and provides training for customers within the reporting tool and gateway.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions to the Sales Support Supervisor for escalation.
- Monitors customer tickets within the Co-Pilot system and reaches out to provide assistance if applicable.
- Processes cancellations as reported from First Data/Fiserv.
- Makes follow-ups with customers weekly to ensure any reported issues have been resolved.
- Meets (1 on 1) with the Sales Support Supervisor weekly for any questions.
- Reports to the Sales Support Supervisor weekly if any applications are still pending or extended SLA time.
- Reports to the Sales Support Supervisor weekly if any support tickets are still pending or extended SLA time.
QUALIFICATION
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform such essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION
- Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
- Being certified in computer languages that are pertinent to the role is an advantage.
- A Master’s Degree holder is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years in a customer-supporting role.
- Knowledge of Payments is a plus.
