Salesman Driver – LPG is responsible for delivering LPG products to households, businesses, and retail partners while promoting sales, ensuring safe handling of LPG cylinders, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires both driving and frontline selling skills, with strict adherence to safety protocols and route efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver LPG products (filled cylinders) to residential, commercial, or industrial customers along designated routes.
Sell LPG products directly to customers, upsell when appropriate, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect payments (cash or check) and issue receipts in accordance with company procedures.
Load and unload LPG cylinders safely following standard safety handling guidelines.
Conduct basic product checks to ensure proper sealing and safety before delivery.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales transactions, customer orders, and route performance.
Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintenance checks; report any issues immediately.
Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate when needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local transport rules.
Assist in marketing promotions or field campaigns related to LPG sales.
Qualifications:
At least High School graduate or College level.
Must have a valid professional driver’s license (Restriction 1, 2, and 3; 123 or higher preferred).
With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Salesman Driver, preferably in LPG or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of local delivery routes and areas.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling LPG cylinders.
Honest, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
Willing to work long hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
