We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our dealer and client acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a sales environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.
This role requires someone who can drive both a car and motorcycle, ensuring efficient on-ground coverage and relationship-building with regional partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities of the sales team and ensure targets are met
- Conduct regular field visits to dealerships and client locations
- Oversee onboarding and training of new sales staff
- Analyze market trends and provide reports for strategic planning
- Maintain strong relationships with partner dealers and agents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales standards
- Assist in resolving client concerns and provide solutions proactively
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate, Has At Least 6 Mos. Relevant Work Experience In Financing, Banking Or Automotive Industry
- Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
- Willing To Go On Field Work
- Techno Savvy
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive both car and motorcycle
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
