WE NEED: (1) Sanitation Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (GMP, HACCP)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
- Willing to work on extended working hours
- Pro-active and Team Player
- Computer Literate
JOB SUMMARY :
- To oversee and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the production area in compliance with food safety standards.
- This role is responsible for managing sanitation staff, implementing cleaning schedules, manage the preparation, usage, storage, and control of all chemicals used and record document maintaining proper documentation.
- Supervise and train sanitation team.
- Ensure cleaning procedures meet food safety and GMP standards.
- Develop and monitor sanitation schedules.
- Maintain sanitation records and reports.
- Conduct inspections and report issues to management
