Role & Responsibilities:
SAP Demand Planning Lead will have extensive experience in planning operations and a strong background on advanced planning modules like APO, IBP, SCM and BY (and others)/ experienced in various SC Technology.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using SAP Demand Planning tools, including SAP S4 HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely demand planning.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor and adjust demand plans based on changes in market conditions and business strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning and operations
- Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, and other advanced planning modules like APO, IBP, SCM and BY (and others).
- Has experience in transition/migration of SAP ECC to S4 HANA. Implementation of IBP.
- Experience with advanced planning systems and techniques.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
