Job Description:
- Identifying land lease candidates
- Negotiating lease contracts
- Preparing zoning and permit applications
- Coordinating the zoning process
- Negotiating lease amendments
- Serving as a point of contact for the community and government agencies
- Compliance on relevant regulations and requirements of LGU/DPWH
Qualifications:
- Must be College Graduate preferably any course
- Must have work experience as SAQ officer
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team communication and collaboration.
- With good negotiation skills and resourceful
- With strong analytical and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Supplemental Pay:
