Work you will do

- Consulting Project Delivery
- Manage the full project lifecycle across multiple simultaneous client engagements, from planning through delivery and transition
- Define and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate internal consultants, development teams and external verndors to ensure aligned execution and delivery
- Adapt delivery approach to client needs using Agile, hybrid or traditional models
- Monitor KPIs, delivery health and profitability metrics and report regularly to leadership and clients
- Agile and Scrum Leadership
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement across delivery teams
- Support the team in removing impediments, fostering autonomy and maintaining focus on delivery goals
- Build a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and accountability
- Service Delivery & Operational Oversight
- Ensure high-quality service transition and post-implementation support for client solutions
- Monitor SLAs, service KPIs and client satisfaction across support engagements
- Serve as the escalation point for delivery issues and coordinate resolution with internal and client-side teams
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement, process improvement and value-added consulting
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery with client stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through consistent delivery and strategic engagement
- Manage stakeholder expectations, scope changes, risks and communications with clarity and professionalism
- Support business development efforts through scoping, planning and resourcing for new engagements

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field
- Certifications: Professional Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL
- At least more than 8 years of experience managing technology project delivery, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience leading agile delivery teams using Scrum or similar methodologies
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end development processes (scoping, planning, delivery)
- Experience facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple concurrent project with cross-functional teams including developers, designers and product owners
- Strong client-facing skills and experience working with executive stakeholders
- Proficiency on delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or equivalent
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications and system integration environments.
- Experience delivering solutions across industries such as financial services, healthcare, public sector or technology
