Job Summary
Secretariat Staff is responsible in handling administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficient support to different KPI divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize travel arrangements for staff or guests, including car rental, flight bookings, hotel accommodation, visa application and itineraries.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, suppliers, and service providers related to secretariat assistance requests.
- Checking of billing from car rental, hotels, and other related transactions.
- Provide assistance for mobile communication request.
- Provide list of hotels with corporate rates.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretariat or related field.
- Has good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience in administrative or secretarial support is an advantage.
- Handle sensitive company and staff information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- With attention to detail and work with minimal supervision.
