As a Selling Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all activities align with Handyman’s high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. You will lead and support a sales team, manage inventory, and work closely with store management to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Job description
1. MERCHANDISE DISPLAY & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed by the approved store visual standards.
2. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Maintains appropriate stock levels in the store.
- Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and recommends appropriate actions for slow-moving items.
3. SHRINKAGE
- Ensures that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
- Ensures accuracy of JDA inventory.
- Minimize store losses and pilferages and recommend possible solutions to arrest such.
4. REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Maximize the use of available resources (JDA/server).
- Prepare and submit the required reports on time.
5. OTHERS
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Minimum Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 3-5 years of related work experience
- Willing to be assigned in soon to open branch in Waltermart Mabalacat.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
