Working in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary engineering, design, and quality assurance teams, you will build software that solves real-world problems for incredible clients. React is our most frequently implemented frontend framework and we have built up substantial skill in implementing React and its ecosystem of technologies.
Our Front-end Engineers partner with our cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative technologies that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take ownership of complex tasks and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions independently.
- Collaborate across the stack to align on architectural decisions and project goals.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architectural reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established standards.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering growth and sharing best practices within your area of expertise.
- Focus on building performant, accessible, and intuitive interfaces.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and improve development process.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 7+ years experience in frontend web development
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS and TypeScript
- Proficiency with modern Frontend frameworks such as React and NextJS.
- Experience building responsive websites and applications
- Experience with CSS preprocessor (e.g. Sass, Less) and CSS frameworks like Tailwind
- Some experience integrating with CMS’s and API’s (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, RESTful API, GraphQL etc.)
- Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of developer tooling and workflow (Git, SCM, CI/CD)
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions independently
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior engineers
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a focus on delivering results iteratively and efficiently
NICE TO HAVE
- Proven ability to implement pixel-perfect designs, ensuring performance optimization and accessibility (a11y).
- Familiarity with component libraries like Shadcn and RadixUI
- Knowledgeable in SEO and LLM optimizations.
