Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to understand the specific requirements of each role.
- Manage the ATS System, and efficiently post open positions on a weekly basis.
- Leverage all sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, Indeed and more to build a strong candidate pool.
- Screen and process candidates for specific positions keeping the Hiring Manager informed.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, update trackers, and communicate results to the Hiring Manager.
- Schedule interviews and ensure the availability of the Hiring Manager.
- Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process by:
- Discussing hiring needs with the Hiring Manager for various positions.
- Staying updated on the latest trends, best practices, and new opportunities in recruitment and headhunting.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate selection processes, including passive searches
- Proficiency in utilizing job portals and various sourcing channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and persistent
- Strong listening and time management skills
- Exceptional project management and multi-tasking abilities
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
