As a Senior Video Editor, you will lead the strategic creation of video content that aligns with brand goals and business objectives. You’ll drive innovation in formats, storytelling, and platform optimization, leveraging performance insights to maximize impact. In this role, you will mentor junior editors to ensure scalable processes, foster creativity, and maintain compliance standards. You will also play a key role in business growth by researching the competitive landscape and integrating cutting-edge trends into our content strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage full-cycle video production, including concept, execution, optimization, and delivery.
- Strategically analyze competitor campaigns and leverage insights to drive creative innovation.
- Lead multi-platform optimization strategies, ensuring videos are tailored for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
- Build scalable processes and standard operating procedures for video content production.
- Use data and analytics to refine creative direction and improve campaign ROI.
- Train and mentor junior editors, fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, and content teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Ensure compliance with copyright and brand safety standards.
- Keep up to date with new editing tools, effects, and platform requirements.

Formal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field required (Marketing, Business, or Analytics preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising
- Advanced editing skills across multiple tools and platforms, expertise in SEO-driven video strategy, experience in mentoring and managing workflows.
- Certification in Video Editing
- Excel/Sheets and tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus
