Job description
- Point person handling all aftersales concern.
- Communicates with the Technicians, Customers, and Management.
- Prepares weekly reports for all the services done both outside and within the service station.
- Maintains positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical-related Work
- Able to communicate and empathize with clients
- Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Results-Oriented; With Driver's License is a plus
