1. Site Identification & Evaluation
- Conduct surveys to identify potential sites for fiber internet infrastructure based on technical, commercial, and strategic requirements.
- Evaluate locations for accessibility, safety, network feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Planning teams to confirm technical suitability.
2. Negotiation & Documentation
- Negotiate lease terms, right-of-way agreements, and access permits with property owners and stakeholders.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for site acquisition, lease contracts, and permits.
- Ensure all agreements are legally sound and aligned with company policies.
3. Permits & Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate with LGUs, homeowners associations (HOAs), and relevant government agencies for necessary permits.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and utility installation standards.
- Maintain an updated tracker of permits, contracts, and site statuses.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Build and maintain good relationships with property owners, barangay officials, and community representatives.
- Act as the point of contact for site-related concerns during pre-construction, installation, and maintenance phases.
5. Reporting & Monitoring
- Maintain accurate records of site acquisition progress, lease terms, and costs.
- Provide regular updates to management on acquisition targets, challenges, and timelines.
- Prepare reports on market conditions, property rates, and competitor activities in targeted areas.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in site acquisition, right-of-way negotiation, or property leasing, preferably in telecommunications or ICT industries.
- Familiarity with LGU permitting processes and network deployment requirements is an advantage.
