This role is responsible for promoting a harmonious, compliant, and productive work environment by managing employee and labor relations within the site. This role ensures proper implementation of labor standards, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and company policies in line with local labor laws. It also supports the execution of employee engagement activities to foster a strong workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in employee and labor relations or HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, or plant-based environment
- Solid working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance standards
- Experience handling disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and investigations
- Exposure to employee engagement programs and culture-building activities
