Job Summary:
The Site Inventory Assistant is responsible for monitoring, recording, and managing the inventory of materials at the project site. This role ensures that materials are properly received, stored, and issued, helping to prevent delays and support efficient site operations. Accuracy and attention to detail are key to maintaining smooth project flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of construction materials on-site.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Organize and label materials in the storage area for easy identification and access.
- Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, or monthly) and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team for material requests and deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and alert the Site Engineer or Supervisor when supplies run low.
- Assist in preparing material requisitions and receiving reports.
- Ensure proper storage practices to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss.
- Support waste tracking and proper disposal of unused or excess materials.
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the storage area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,100.00 - Php12,300.00 per month
