JOB SUMMARY
Under close supervision, Site Souring Associate is tasked to look around the assigned area to spot potential retail store locations and submit an initial assessment to the Site Acquisition Manager.
The jobholder maintains an accurate record of the site information as part of his/her productivity output and report to the assigned Site Acquisition Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scout around the assigned area to look for potential retail store locations.
- Conduct field scouting within the assigned area to identify potential retail store locations.
- Engage with property owners or caretakers to gather key information on lease or acquisition opportunities.
- Capture and document site details through photos or videos for reporting and assessment.
- Report site availability and relevant details promptly to the Site Acquisition Manager for formal negotiations.
- Prepare and submit weekly productivity reports and submits to Site Acquisition Manager for validation.
- Maintain accurate records of scouted locations including addresses, photos/videos, maps, and owner/caretaker contact details.
- Recommend additional areas for scouting to maximize store expansion opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background
- At least a high school graduate.
Skills and Competencies
- Reading and communication skills
- Good knowledge of locations within the area of assignment.
- Ability to ride and operate a motorcycle is an advantage for efficient field scouting.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
