This leadership role requires a data-driven, creative strategist who can develop high-impact content strategies, manage a team, and optimize engagement tactics. The ideal candidate is well-versed in sports culture and digital growth strategies. Experience in the sportsbook or sports betting industry is a plus. This role is responsible for increasing Daily Active Users (DAU) through content innovation and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute sports content strategies that align with NBA events, trending topics, and viral formats across Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration – Lead social media initiatives, working closely with designers, video editors, and content creators to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Community Engagement – Oversee DM responses, comments, and discussions, ensuring timely engagement. Implement interactive strategies like polls, Q&As, and sports discussions.
- Viral & Growth Campaigns – Develop and execute weekly viral campaigns, including challenges, contests, and trending sports memes. Manage giveaways and influencer collaborations to boost reach.
- Traffic & Conversion Optimization – Optimize CTAs on posts and profiles, increase click-through rates, and track performance using UTM links, Linktree, and social analytics.
- Follower Growth & Retention – Expand the brand’s sports-focused audience through content, collaborations, and engagement ads. Implement loyalty-building strategies like exclusive content and insider updates.
- Performance Tracking – Analyze content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and other tracking tools to refine strategy.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media growth, content marketing, or digital engagement.
- Deep passion for sports, particularly the NBA, with strong knowledge of teams, players, and fan engagement trends.
- Proven ability to scale engagement, grow followers, and execute viral strategies.
- Strong experience with paid social strategies, influencer marketing, and high-performance content campaigns.
- Expertise in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, UTM tracking).
- Highly responsive, data-driven, and immersed in sports fan culture.
- Familiarity with the sportsbook or betting industry is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
