Job Summary
A Social Media Marketing Officer is responsible for managing a brand’s presence across social media platforms. Their role includes content creation, audience engagement, performance tracking, and strategizing to grow the brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Management
- Develop engaging posts, videos, images, and stories tailored to our target audience.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
2. Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.
- Monitor and manage our online reputation.
3. Strategy & Growth
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Launch paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Stay updated with social media trends and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Instagram Analytics to track performance.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns and content based on data-driven decisions.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with content creators, designers, and other departments to run campaigns.
- Coordinate with PR and customer support for consistent brand messaging.
- Partner with influencers and ambassadors to boost brand visibility.
6. Flexibility & Additional Support
- Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.
- Be adaptable to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or Business
- Other related fields such as Journalism or Graphic Design
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience with paid social advertising
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Amenable to work in onsite, 7th Street, Brgy. Lakandula, Mabalacat City, Pampanga
The salary for this position is open to negotiation, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
