Job Description for Social Media Specialist / Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies across all channels
- Manage social media campaigns and daily social media presence
- Create content calendars and marketing materials for the entire year
- Assist with website management and optimization
- Develop thought leadership content and campaigns on LinkedIn
- Create lead generation materials including ebooks and other downloadable resources
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot and Active Campaign
- Manage Google ads campaigns and other paid advertising initiatives
- Present strategic marketing plans and recommendations to company leadership
- Take full ownership of the marketing function and drive measurable ROI
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and campaign management
- Knowledge of Google ads management and digital advertising platforms
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
- Experience creating marketing content including ebooks, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
- Ability to present strategies and results to senior leadership
Scope:
- Full-time remote position working 40 hours per week
