Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in solar sales, field sales, or related industries (real estate, insurance, electronics, utilities, etc.)
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- With existing client network or ability to generate own leads
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed
- Tech-savvy with basic understanding of solar PV systems and net metering (a plus)
- Highly motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
