As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll be at the heart of transforming business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions. Where you come in:
- You design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.
- You build applications using declarative tools and programmatic development, including Apex, Flow Builder, and Lightning Web Components.
- You manage integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and middleware technologies.
- You evaluate AppExchange solutions and provide strategic recommendations on build vs. buy decisions.
- You stay current with Salesforce’s triannual releases and proactively apply new features to enhance platform capabilities.
- You contribute to Agile delivery cycles, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- You follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- You support and troubleshoot existing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- You participate in code reviews and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What makes you successful:
- You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- You hold a Platform Developer I or Administrator certification; Platform Developer II is a strong plus.
- You bring solid experience working with enterprise application architectures and integration technologies.
- Your proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder enables you to build robust and scalable solutions.
- You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Your understanding of Salesforce data models and security principles ensures reliable and secure implementations.
- Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange products; Agile/Scrum methodology; advanced certifications.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
