Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to take full ownership of the testing strategy, planning, and execution for Core Banking projects, with a strong focus on Temenos T24 in the Private Banking domain. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in driving end-to-end testing delivery, including functional, regression, automation, and non-functional testing. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in T24 modules, private banking processes, and Agile delivery methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery while proactively managing risks and defects. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

• Own the test strategy, planning, and delivery for Core Banking projects, particularly involving Temenos T24 in the Private Banking domain.
• Lead and mentor functional, regression, automation, and non-functional testing teams.
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing, including test design, data management, environment planning, automation, regression, defect management, and test closure activities.
• Review and analyze business requirements and system specifications to define a comprehensive testing approach, scope, and test plan.
• Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure upstream software quality.
• Drive defect management processes and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, raise issues, and recommend solutions throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) and promote test automation using tools like Selenium.
• Utilize Agile project tools such as JIRA and Confluence for test planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a test lead role, specifically with T24 projects in Private Banking.
• Deep knowledge of T24 modules and domain areas including:
  • Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products
  • Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, and Lending
• Strong expertise in:
  • T24 integration testing, COB testing, client output validation
  • SWIFT message testing and regulatory reporting
  • Financial accounting across various asset types
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE).
• Familiarity with Java, test automation tools (e.g., Selenium), and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in using Agile planning tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
