- Maintains accurate patient records, updates patient profiles, and ensures the confidentiality of files and information.
- Conducts patient history interviews and takes vital signs for each patient.
- Provides nursing care for patients and performs comprehensive nursing skills.
- Assesses and acts on patients’ conditions, making appropriate and timely decisions to address concerns.
- Ensures medicines are administered according to physician’s instructions.
- Provides support by keeping patients informed of their status and offering health education and advice.
- Ensures cleanliness of consultation rooms and checks and cleans medical instruments.
- Monitors inventory of instruments and office supplies and recommends replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Philippine PRC.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
- Willingness to continue professional development and training.
- Can START ASAP.
