Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support daily store operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse for replenishment
- Assist in merchandising and visual displays to promote sales
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or queries
- Supervise store staff and support training efforts
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Prepare reports related to sales, inventory, and staff performance
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or coordinator role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems
- Customer service-focused with problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
