Responsible for achieving store sales volume targets and leads the market development, cash management, inventory management, stores & asset management and people management of the store.
Qualifications:
- At least College Graduate (Preferably Business Course)
- Must have good salesmanship skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
- Keen attention to detail
- With experience in retail sales and marketing
- Willing to be employed under 1-year Fixed-Term Contract
- Willing to be assigned in Maliwalo, Tarlac
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Leads & monitors the team in getting new open accounts aligned with the sales volume target.
- Market Development and Survey: Leads the team in conducting localize marketing and brand awareness activities.
- Cash Management: Acts as cashier in store & prepares the cash sales to be deposited daily.
- Inventory Management: Submits daily & monthly physical inventory report to Sales Coordinator.
- Store & Asset Management: Monitors all store assets are complete, maintained and in good condition.
- People Management: Monitors tasks of its subordinates.
