We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Head to lead our Adidas store in Davao City. As Store Head, you will be responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and success of the store. You'll be a visionary leader, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales while embodying the Adidas brand spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales targets, manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective sales strategies and operational efficiency.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer journey, from product knowledge and styling advice to efficient service and conflict resolution.
- Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for Adidas, promoting our values, products, and campaigns within the local community.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for team development.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a retail management role, preferably in a sports, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in retail operating systems and POS software.
- A passion for sports and the Adidas brand is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
