Job Description
- Monitors and checks implementation of company policies, programs, and standards.
- Monitors sales performance- daily sales, month-to-date, year-to-date, and versus forecast.
- Coordinates with all support groups/ back office for Store Concerns.
- Prepares sales reports, competitor activity, and store activity reports.
- Monitors Staff performance, trains, coaches, and refer to Area Sales Manager for disciplinary and corrective action issues.
- Monitors Store Budget and manages costs, overhead cost including but not limited to labor costs.
- Recommends marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales and attain sales forecasts.
- Cascades and monitors Company-wide marketing and local store marketing programs.
- Does Pep talk activity with staffs.
- Reports concerns and updates to Area Sales Manager.
- Manage store inventory level, checks stock inventory randomly, assists in stock consolidation.
- Manage store events such as Preview, Mall Initiated Sale Event and End of Season Sale.
- Ensures implementation of Operations Standards on Store image including store façade, selling area/display, counter, fitting rooms, storage room and also store music.
- Checks availability of selling tools, working-POP, video, look book etc. at all times.
- Monitors cash on hand including petty cash and change fund, usage of manual invoice.
- Requests store supplies.
- Monitor Store’s Checklist for Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Cleanliness.
- Performs related duties that may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
