JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage overall store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded through effective strategies.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee inventory control.
- Implement merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness/organization.
- Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SM mall regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
- Experience in gadgets/electronics is an advantage
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
