The Position
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Store OIC to join our team. As a key member of the store
leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, driving sales, and providing
exceptional customer service. You will also support the store team, manage inventory, and help create an
engaging environment that reflects the Zee.Dog brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the store team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive sales by providing excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Assist in visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and brand-aligned store layout.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Handle daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train and mentor store associates to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Passion for pets and familiarity with Zee.Dog products is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
