Job description
The Store Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with store operations, and contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping environment. This role involves greeting customers, answering inquiries, assisting in the play area, maintaining store cleanliness and safety of customers. The employee should have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications
- A Senior High or Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Acts with integrity at all times at work.
- Maintaining a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
- Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers, especially to the children, by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the store.
- The candidate must be willing to do hosting, singing, dancing and wearing a mascot as needed with the event schedule.
