Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key duties include supervising and motivating staff, managing work schedules, and providing training to new team members. The supervisor must monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure the quality and freshness of coffee, cakes, and other offerings.
Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kiosk, overseeing cash handling procedures, and driving sales performance through effective promotion and service. The role also involves ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and company regulations, and maintaining accurate records of sales and expenses. Strong leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and experience in the food and beverage industry are essential for this role
