Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of retail operations including inventory management, merchandising, and store procedures
- Proven experience in team leadership and supervision
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong character reference
- Willingness to undergo training as a Merchandiser to understand boutique rules, regulations, and systems
- Must be a team player with a proactive attitude
- Willing to work on-site at Spyder Boutique, SM Legazpi
