- College graduate of any four (4) year course, fresh grad is very welcome.
- Work related experience preffered but not required.
- Effective oral communication and writing skills.
- People handling and leadership skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Physically fit with STAR QUALITY.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
ACHIEVE MONTHLY SALES TARGET
- Monitor and discuss the daily sales quota of CRP/CRS to attain the monthly sales budget.
- Maintain and analyze ideal inventory level on weekly basis to support planned sales.
- Proper execution and evaluation of promotional activities based on Mechanics.
PROFITABILITY
- Adhere to monthly budget to avoid excess om expenditures.
- Ensure regular vs Sale items sold on a daily basis are within set ratio to increase profit.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Accuracy of Accomplished Daily Store inspection checklist to Ensure alignment to branding.
- Maintain zero-variance inventory on a daily basis and timely reporting of discrepancy to minimize losses.
- Consistently deliver the excellent customer experience in the store through adherence with the GUESS Selling Culture.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Train and coach staff during pep talk to enhance their skills in selling and product knowledge.
- Perform effective performance counselling in a timely manner to sustain good performer and motivate unproductive personnel.
REPORTS
- Validate accuracy of required reports executed by Cashier to avoid sanction:
- Daily Sales extraction
- Weekly / Monthly - end report
- Daily Sales monitoring
- Daily Comparative Report
- Daily Variance Report
- Daily Inventory Extraction
- Daily CRP Monitoring
