ROLE PURPOSE:
Our Store Supervisor assists the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations focusing on selling, cashiering, vault and back-office management. The Store Supervisor is also responsible for the implementation of compliance to ROS (Retail Operating Standards)
This role focuses on
- Assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales target through proper implementation of plans and documentation of all back end related activities
- Performing necessary functions for all digitally enabled services
- Ensuring proper execution of merchandise guidelines, planograms and promo execution
- Implementing and ensuring controls on till management and documentation of all accountabilities and rectification in compliance to ROS
- Monitoring of store’s controllable expenses and recommends cost efficiency measures to increase productivity & profitability
- Sustaining team engagement and performance thru coaching, counseling, motivating and disciplining employees
- Building network as liaison to Branch and Mall partners for better communication and coordination needed to support the business.
- Liaising the company to government agencies and offices for permits and licenses renewals
Success will depend on
- Ability to understand sales performance, trends and can recommend action to improve sales & profitability
- Ability to demonstrate and understand online + offline initiatives and can provide feedback on its implementation
- Ability to monitor and evaluate implementation of service delivery standards– both online & offline
- Ability to elevate and recommend solutions of online & offline customer concerns
- Ability to implement and enforce data privacy and security
- Ability to understand store profitability and implement cost optimization measures to maximize productivity
- Ability to benchmark retail practices and relationship building with mall partners and affiliates
- Ability to understand and comply with government business requirement
- Ability to delegate tasks, can coach selling techniques and orchestrate team to maximize productivity & can sustain team motivation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
