Responsibilities
- Performs cashiering functions smoothly and in a standard manner.
- Performs and ensures accurate and regular physical count.
- Delivers high level of customer service to the internal and external customers at all times to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
- Implements display and visual merchandising to enhance sales at all times.
- Ensures budget for store is managed and that expenditure stays within agreed levels.
- Ensures store administration is carried out according to statutory procedure.
- Creates a safe working environment for employees and customers through ensuring Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to.
- Ensures store security, concerning stock and money, policies and procedures are complied with.
- Leads, motivates and develops the team to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
- Has the ability to analyze data and identify issues and provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
- Has the ability to report sales and data analysis.
