Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach baristas for performance and skill improvement.
- Ensure friendly, personalized customer service and educate customers on premium products.
- Train baristas to follow approved processes and maintain speed and quality.
- Oversee cleanliness, food safety, equipment maintenance, and store appearance.
- Manage employee schedules and staffing across shifts and stores.
- Handle cashiering, sales reporting, and operational fund management.
- Implement company policies and conduct incident investigations.
- Support marketing promotions and store events.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years supervisory experience in F&B (coffee shop/restaurant preferred).
- Barista experience or certification is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible and extended hours across different locations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Must be available to start immediately.
