Job Description:
- Graduate in any 4-years course.
- With at least 2 years Supervisory experience in Hardware, Retail, Sales or Services.
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to assigned at SM San Mateo, Rizal
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Monitors own and staff’s daily sales performance vs targets and ensures measures are put in place for its accomplishment
· Determines team strategy to reach sales targets by reviewing store sales records and growth of different product categories
· Maintains excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards & approved store layout
· Maintains store cleanliness & ensures store selling assets are in working condition
· Complies with Company prescribed uniform, grooming, service standards, and attendance policy
· Secures resources, skills & support required for successful implementation
· Complies with HR, Accounting, Merchandising & other departments’ directives
