- Diagnose and resolve weaknesses across marketing, sales, operations, and business strategy
- Develop and implement clear, data-driven strategies to drive business growth

- Work directly with business owners to accelerate revenue, profitability, and scalability
Experience and Proficiency
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- 5–7 years of consulting experience with a proven track record of success
- Leadership experience in sales or marketing with a history of building or leading high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in diagnostics and strategic frameworks, including:
- Sales processes
- Marketing funnels
- Business operations
- Passion for solving complex business problems and delivering measurable results
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to assess markets and business models
- Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive business plans and SOPs
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with clear and effective communication
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality across all deliverables
